How much does mat service cost?
It depends on how many doors you have and how much foot traffic comes through them. Tell us how many doors you have and we'll price a plan, or book a free walkthrough. No obligation.
What's the catch with the free trial?
There isn't one. We swap your mats free for one week with no contract. If they're not for you, tell us and we'll pick them up.
Is the window cleaning really free?
Yes, with every mat plan. Clean includes exterior glass, up to 15 windows. Cleaner includes exterior and interior once, up to 25 windows. Cleanest includes exterior and interior twice, up to 35 windows. It covers ground-level windows; 2nd and 3rd story windows cost extra.
What types of mats do you clean and rent?
Entryway mats, scraper mats that pull snow and gravel off boots, anti-fatigue mats, and custom logo mats, in sizes from small entry mats to long runners.
How often should mats be swapped?
Every 2 weeks is standard and fits most businesses. Busy entrances can upgrade to weekly, and Winter Weekly switches you to weekly swaps from November 1 to March 31.
Do you provide custom business logo mats?
Yes. Clean gets 35% off logo mats, Cleanest includes one free, and every 12-month agreement gets a free custom logo mat at day 90. Logo mats count as 2 mats toward your package.
Can I get a custom plan for my business?
Yes. Plans are built around your space and foot traffic. If you need more than 25 mats or a mix of sizes, we'll build a plan around your doors, and you can add mats anytime.
We're with Alsco, Cintas or Vestis. Can we switch?
Yes. We'll give you everything you need to switch smoothly: a simple switch-over checklist, a cancellation letter you can send to your current provider, and a start date timed to your last swap so your doors are never without mats. Canceling stays between you and your current provider, and we'll make sure you're ready for it. Want to compare first? Start our free one-week mat swap before your contract ends.
What if you miss a swap?
That month is free. It's part of the Rinsed Guarantee.

No. No surprise fees, no fuel charges and no labor add-ons, ever.
How does billing work?
We bill every 4 weeks, 13 billing periods a year. A card on file is required, and ACH is preferred.
